The ARIX ordered-segment diamond ring saw blade is a large-diameter cutting tool designed for wall sawing, floor sawing and heavy demolition work on reinforced concrete, asphalt, granite and marble. Its patented ordered segment layout positions each diamond segment at a controlled angle and spacing, distributing impact load evenly across the cutting edge. This reduces vibration and blade wobble, keeps the cut straight under extreme torque, and allows each segment to cut at maximum efficiency. With diameters from 300mm to 600mm, laser-welded segments, and segment heights of 10mm or 12mm, the ARIX ring saw blade delivers fast penetration, clean kerfs, and excellent value per linear meter of cut.

Match blade diameter to your saw: 300-400mm for floor saws, 400-600mm for wall saws and large circular saws
Check the steel core bore fits your machine arbor (210-500mm bore options)
Select segment height by job volume: 12mm segments last longer on continuous production cutting, 10mm for general purpose
Choose bond by material: medium bond for reinforced concrete, hard bond for asphalt and soft stone, soft bond for hard granite
For wet cutting applications confirm water feed is available to maximize segment life
A controlled arrangement of diamond segments with fixed angle and spacing to balance impact load, reduce vibration and keep the cut straight.
Segments attached to the steel core with a laser weld, creating a bond stronger than the segment itself for safe dry or wet cutting.
The center opening that mounts the blade to the machine arbor. ARIX ring saw blades offer 210-500mm bore sizes.
The diamond-impregnated depth of the segment (10mm or 12mm). Taller segments provide more usable diamond and longer blade life.
An ARIX blade uses a controlled, ordered arrangement of diamond segments that distributes cutting load evenly. Compared with conventional segment layouts, it cuts with less vibration, stays straighter in the cut, and delivers longer segment life on reinforced concrete and stone.
Yes. The laser-welded, impact-resistant segments are designed to cut through rebar and heavily reinforced concrete used in walls, bridges and demolition work. Use a medium bond formula and moderate feed pressure.
Diameters range from 300mm to 600mm, with steel core bores from 210mm to 500mm. Custom diameters, bores and arbor sizes are available for OEM orders.
12mm segments carry more diamond and last longer, ideal for high-volume production cutting. 10mm segments are more economical for general-purpose work while still offering excellent cutting speed.
The blade supports both. Wet cutting with continuous water feed keeps segments cool and extends blade life significantly. Dry cutting is possible with laser-welded segments but HEPA dust extraction is recommended.
